Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Hash 34, we provide a digital timestamping and verification service. Because our process involves manual verification by our team and the creation of permanent digital records, we adhere to a strict refund policy.

1. Fee Structure

  • First Submission: Your first brand asset submission is provided free of charge to allow you to experience our platform.
  • Subsequent Submissions: All submissions following the initial free credit are paid services. Once a payment is made for a submission, the process begins immediately.

2. No-Refund Policy

By using Hash 34, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Future Legal Outcomes: We do not offer refunds if your Hash 34 record is not accepted by a court, a government trademark office, or if it fails to protect your brand in a future legal dispute.
  • Change of Mind: No refunds are provided if you decide to change your brand name, logo, or business direction after a submission has been processed.
  • User Error: No refunds are issued for typos, incorrect "First Use" dates, or blurred document uploads provided by the user.
  • Discontinued Business: If your startup or project closes, previously paid submission fees are non-refundable.

3. Limited Exceptions (Eligibility for Refund)

A refund will only be considered and processed under the following two specific circumstances:

  1. Verification Failure by Hash 34: If our internal team is unable to verify your documents (Aadhaar or MSME) due to an internal processing issue or if we reject the submission because it does not meet our platform's technical standards.

    Note: If verification fails because you provided fraudulent or mismatched documents, a refund will not be issued.

  2. Technical Malfunction: If a confirmed technical error on our platform prevents your data from being timestamped or stored correctly, and our team cannot rectify the error within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Timeline: Any claim for a refund based on the exceptions above must be made within 7 days of the submission date.
  • Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once approved by our team.
Hash 34 provides a record of evidence as-is. We do not guarantee that this evidence will result in a successful trademark registration or legal victory. The user pays for the act of verification and digital timestamping, not for a specific legal outcome.
